Runs for the same 10 minutes as the real SSC CHSL English skill test, with real-time WPM and accuracy tracking.
SSC CHSL — the exam behind LDC, JSA, Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant recruitment — runs its English typing skill test for exactly 10 minutes, requiring 35 WPM net speed with a combined error tolerance of just 7%. A 1 or 2-minute test can't tell you whether your accuracy holds up for the full duration; this test simulates the real thing with a fresh, exam-length passage every time you start.
Aim for 35+ WPM at 95%+ accuracy across the whole 10 minutes — building a buffer above the bare minimum matters, since exam-day nerves cost most candidates a few WPM. Remember that the real SSC CHSL test disables backspace, delete, arrow-key cursor movement, and all cut/copy/paste and autocorrect functions — practice without relying on those to build the muscle memory the actual exam demands. Full figures for other exams are on the government exam requirements page.
