Revenue Patwari and Steno-Typist recruitment in Punjab typically test Asees typing over 5 minutes — shorter than the 10-minute PSSSB Clerk standard, but long enough to expose accuracy issues a 1-minute burst can't reveal. It's also a practical length for daily practice: long enough to matter, short enough to repeat two or three times per session.
Aim for 25–30 WPM at 92%+ accuracy. Since Punjab government typing tests are qualifying (pass/fail) rather than merit-ranked, accuracy below the threshold disqualifies a candidate regardless of speed — so practise for clean, deliberate typing rather than raw speed.
